What recruiting tools for new teachers are you finding to be the most beneficial and why?  I am finding more and more schools are wanting to participate in our on-campus interviewing program.  Usually they just want to attend the fair in the Spring, but on-campus interviewing seems to be a growing trend for the schools I work with.  To respond to this Hot Topic, e-mail the listserv at saee@yahoogroups.com.
